    When remote work first took off, email and instant messaging were most frequently utilized to communicate.     As remote work becomes entrenched into models of business, organizations also have to take into account sustainability beyond having the right tools. Secured storage, encryption for communications and real-time monitoring systems allow organizations to safeguard sensitive data. As cybersecurity threats increase their sophistication, defenses also rise to meet them, striking a balance that renders remote models viable into the future.

    While technology aids productivity, it also affects a corporation’s culture immensely. Remote work causes one to feel isolated if not managed effectively. To counteract this, organizations make use of online rooms for more than work but also camaraderie building.

    Employees enjoy being able to work where they will be most productive, either from home or a co-working hub or HQ.  Ultimately, the future is one of flexibility. Virtual work solutions have proven that companies can succeed outside the parameters of offices. When integrated with next-generation solutions, next-generation IT Lifecycle Management, advanced cybersecurity solutions and a strategic management of culture, organizations can build structures that stay vibrant and innovative.
